Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Principle

All paid subscription fees are final and non-refundable. By upgrading to a paid plan you acknowledge that PineXchange operates on a no-refund basis.

2. 14-Day Free Trial — No Card Required

  • Every new account receives a single 14-day free trial with full platform functionality.
  • No payment method is collected at sign-up. Billing details are only requested if you decide to continue on a paid plan after the trial ends.
  • If you take no action, your account simply reverts to the Free tier at the end of the trial; you will not be charged automatically.

3. Flexible Subscription Options

  • Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
  • You can switch plans or billing cycles at any time; changes take effect at the next renewal date.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing & Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
  • Cancellation stops future charges; your current paid features remain active until the displayed expiration date.

5. Reactivation

You may re-subscribe at any time in your Settings page. New subscriptions begin immediately after payment is confirmed.
